Welcome to our winter pass time – Ice Hockey. Yes starting at the end of August our kids are back to the arena and on the ice. Here you see 3 levels of progression. You’ll notice that the youngest one has a picture of her in the change room…..that’s because at that age the dressing room is as enjoyable (if not more) then the sport itself.[spacer height=”12px”]
You hear that hockey is the Canadian pass-time and although I didn’t grow up with the sport, I now have all 3 kids playing and am struck each time by the passion, sacrifice and dedication people have for this sport. [spacer height=”12px”]
We provide material to the manufacturers of hockey sticks and there is a sense of pride that there are players playing with sticks reinforced by our material. We are able to cut the material to specific lengths to facilitate the manufacturing of the sticks. It used to be a big seller for us – but with the move to composite sticks this market has gotten smaller. That said we do send a steady supply of material to our customers and notice that S-Glass in particular is popular these days. [spacer height=”12px”]
Any way from the end of August to March [spacer height=”12px”]
